Command palette

The command palette enables you to quickly find and run commands using your keyboard.

To search for and run a command:

  1. Press Ctrl+K or Cmd+K. The command palette opens.

  2. Start typing the name of a command. The list of available commands filters as you type.

  3. Use the and keys to navigate the list.

  4. Press Enter to run the selected command.

Note

If you have already assigned the Ctrl+K or Cmd+K hotkey to another command, the command palette isn't assigned a default hotkey. Set one manually in Settings > User interface > Hotkeys. For instructions, see Hotkey settings.

When you open the command palette, recently used commands appear at the top of the list for quicker access.

Some commands are only selectable in certain contexts, for example when a Repeater tab is active or you've selected a text editor.
